LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE “ FRIKI
SNAP 2020 #KurogamiSNAP” SWEEPSTAKES

1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION 

The company Importaciones Kokuro SL with address at Calle Mercuri, 16 de San Vicente del Raspeig and identified with the number B42508317 organizes the raffle and contest hereinafter, "FRIKI SNAP 2020" at a national level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residents of the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of our followers.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on May 25, 2021 and will end on May 30 at 11:59 p.m. on our Twitter and Instagram profiles.

Friki SNAP has two prize possibilities: Raffle and prize chosen by the jury made up of the workers of Importaciones Kokuro SL.

The winners will be announced on our Twitter and Instagram profiles on June 2, 2021.
 

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS 

The participation requirements will be the following:

- Those who reside in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be eligible for the prizes.

- Only those users who are holders of an account on Twitter or Instagram will be able to participate.

- Follow the @kurogami_team account on Twitter and / or @Kurogamicom on Instagram. 

- To participate in the raffle for the Geek Pride day with the SNAP GEEK 2020 theme, you will have to post photos of your best freak goodie with the hashtag #KurogamiSNAP. Examples of this can be your favorite figure, your most precious piece of merchandise, your favorite cosplay you've ever worn or that collector's edition video game that you treasure so much.  

- You can participate in both social networks. If it is detected that a Participant participates with multiple profiles or fake Twitter or Instagram accounts, those profiles will be automatically disqualified.

- In case of participating in both social networks with the same photo, it will only be counted as one entry to the raffle. So we encourage you to post different photos on each social network. Only one publication per social network is counted.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES 

The winner of the draw will be chosen randomly through the AppSorteos platform. There will only be one prize, so all entries from both Instagram and Twitter will be collected to carry out a single draw. The winner will be announced during the days after the end of the draw, through our Kurogami Twitter and Instagram profiles.

Regarding the special award by vote of the jury, this will be chosen from among the entire Kurogami team, with one participant of our choice being the winner.

The winner of the draw will receive:

• 1 x Hawks Ichibansho figure from My Hero Academia made by Bandai Spirits

The winner by jury vote will take:

• 1 x Hawks Ichibansho figure from My Hero Academia made by Bandai Spirits

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be changed or altered. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

In the event that the winner does not contact to claim their prize within 48 hours, it will be automatically passed to the next alternate, and so on consecutively.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES 

If it is evidenced that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void, and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS 

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, discriminatory and / or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.

Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and / or self-image will be allowed.

We will not be liable for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Community Rules of Twitter and Instagram or the Conditions of use of Twitter and Instagram.

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize their results, and process the award ceremony. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Suppression, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetting and not being the subject of automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@kurogami.com or by letter addressed to the address: Calle Mercuri, nº16 (corner with Calle Zinc) attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document. 

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE 

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a raffle of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network Twitter and Instagram through which it is developed.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION 

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
