LEGAL RULES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES
“FRIKI SNAP 2022 #KurogamiSNAP”

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

The company Importaciones Kokuro SL with address at Calle Mercuri, 16 in San Vicente del Raspeig and identified with the number B42508317 organizes the draw and contest from now on, "FRIKI SNAP 2022" nationwide, to be developed through the Internet, exclusively for users residents of the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this draw is to reward the loyalty of our followers.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on May 23, 2021 and will end on May 5 at 11:59 p.m. on our Twitter and Instagram profiles through a tweet on Twitter and a post on Instagram.

Friki SNAP has two prize possibilities: Draw and prize chosen by the jury made up of the workers of Importaciones Kokuro SL.

The winners will be announced on our Twitter and Instagram profiles on June 7, 2021.
 

3.- REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION

The participation requirements will be the following:

- Those who reside in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be eligible for the prizes.

- Only those users who are holders of a Twitter or Instagram account can participate.

- Follow the @kurogami_team account on Twitter and/or @Kurogamicom on Instagram.

- To participate in the draw for the 2022 GEEK SNAP-themed Geek Pride day, you will have to post photos of your best geek with the hashtag #KurogamiSNAP. Examples of this could be your favorite figure, your most precious piece of merchandise , your favorite cosplay that you have worn or that collector's edition video game that you treasure so much.

- You can participate in both social networks. If an Entrant is found to be participating with multiple fake Twitter or Instagram profiles or accounts, those profiles will be automatically disqualified.

- In case of participating in both social networks with the same photo, it will only be counted as one entry to the draw. So we encourage you to post different photos on each social network. Counting only one publication per social network.

Social media accounts created only to participate in raffles are totally prohibited and excluded from this contest/raffle . If this type of activity is detected in the account of the winner(s), they will be automatically disqualified.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

The winner of the draw will be chosen randomly through the AppSorteos platform . There will only be one prize, so all entries from both Instagram and Twitter will be collected for a single draw. The winner will be announced during the days after the end of the draw, through our Kurogami Twitter and Instagram profiles.

Regarding the special prize for the jury's vote, this will be chosen among the entire Kurogami team, with a participant of our choice winning.

The winner of the raffle will take:

• €20 in balance to spend on Kurogami.com

The winner by jury vote will take:

• €100 in balance to spend on Kurogami.com

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be changed or altered. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

In the event that the winner does not contact to claim their prize within 48 hours, it will automatically go to the next alternate, and so on consecutively.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it becomes evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements of the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting, discriminatory and/or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.

Neither will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and/or one's own image be allowed.

We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could offend the sensitivity of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Twitter and Instagram Community Rules or the Twitter and Instagram Terms of Use.

7.- EXONERATION OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize. you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the realization of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, each participant, by accepting these Legal Bases, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, owned by it, for the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetfulness and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@kurogami.com or by sending a letter addressed to the address: Calle Mercuri , nº16 (corner with Calle Zinc) enclosing in both cases a copy of an identification document.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network Twitter and Instagram through which it is developed.
