Giveaway Dia del Orgullo Friki 2023 Kurogami

1. **ELIGIBILITY:** The Geek Pride Day 2023 Draw at Kurogami is open only to those who make purchases at Kurogami.com during the stipulated dates. Employees of Importaciones Kokuro SL, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the draw.

2. **AGREEMENT TO RULES:*** By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, the contestant accepts the decision of Importaciones Kokuro SL in respect of the content of this draw.

3. **DRAW PERIOD:** Entries will be accepted online starting May 22, 2023 and all entries must be received before June 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM.

4. **HOW TO PARTICIPATE:** The draw must be entered by making a purchase at Kurogami.com. The contestant will receive one entry for every 20€ spent on orders that are fully paid. Entries will be taken per order and cannot be accumulated between them. If an order is for 70€, you will receive 3 entries and the surplus cannot be added with the surplus from other orders made during the draw period. 

5. **PRIZES:** The draw winner (subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules) will receive a 100€ voucher to spend on in-stock products on our Kurogami.com website. The actual/weight/value of the prize may differ at the time of prize delivery.

6. **ODDS:** The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Rights: By participating in this draw, the participant grants to Importaciones Kokuro SL the right, unless prohibited by law, to use their name, voice, picture, and city and province of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, in connection with the draw, without further review, notification, payment, or compensation.

9. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Importaciones Kokuro SL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the draw in the event of virus, errors, unauthorized interruptions, fraud, technical problems, or any other cause beyond the control of Importaciones Kokuro SL that may affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this draw.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Importaciones Kokuro SL is not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate entries, whether caused by users or by any equipment or program associated with or utilized in the draw; (2) technical interruption, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, network line failures or any other technical problem related to the draw; and (3) any injury or damage caused to the participant or to any person, including but not limited to the participant's computer, related to or resulting from participation in the draw.

11. DISPUTES: This draw is governed by the laws of Spain, without respect to conflict of law rules. Any dispute, claim and cause of action arising out of or connected with the draw, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. RULES CONFIRMATION: By submitting an entry, the participant is confirming that they have read and understand the draw rules, accept them, and agree to them.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Importaciones Kokuro SL has organized this draw in good faith, but, to the extent permitted by law, it will not be liable for possible losses or damages resulting from any person's participation in the draw or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
