LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE
“FINAL FANTASY VII KUROGAMI X MIANFERO DRAW”

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION 

 The company Importaciones Kokuro SL with address at Calle Mercuri, 16 in San Vicente del Raspeig and identified with the number B42508317 organizes the draw hereinafter, "Final Fantasy VII Kurogami x Mianfero Draw " at national level, to be developed through the Internet, exclusive for users residing in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of our followers.

2.- START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will begin on February 16, 2021 and will end on February 21 at 11:59 p.m. on our Instagram profile.
The winner will be announced on our Instagram profile on February 22, 2021.
 

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION 

The participation requirements will be the following:

- People residing in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may participate.

- Only those users who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.

- Follow the account @kurogami_team and @Mianferodioramas on Instagram. 

- To participate in the Final Fantasy VII draw via Instagram you will have to follow us and mention two friends with whom you would save Midgar .  

- Only one participation per user will be counted. Extra comments will not score extra, so with a single comment you already cover the quota.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES 

 There will only be one winner, so all Instagram entries will be collected for a single draw. The winner will be announced during the days after the end of the draw, through our Instagram profile @Kurogamicom.

The winner will receive:

• 1 Set of 7 + 1 Final Fantasy Polygon Figures from Square Enix by Kurogami
• 1 Set of handmade resin magnets with Final Fantasy VII motifs by Mianfero Dioramas

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be changed or altered. The celebration of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

In the event that the winner does not contact claim their prize within 48 hours, it will be automatically passed to the next alternate, and so on consecutively.

Kurogami and Mianfero Dioramas will only cover the shipment of the prize within Spanish territory. In the event that the winner resides outside of Spanish territory, they will be given the option of assuming the shipping costs. If not, it will go to the next winner until the shipment can be made.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES 

If it is evidenced that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate are not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS 

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, injurious, discriminatory and / or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.

Nor will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and / or self-image will be allowed.

We will not be held liable for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensibilities of other Participants.

The participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Community Rules of Instagram or the Conditions of use of Instagram.

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize. you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize their results, and process the award ceremony. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Suppression, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetting and not being the subject of automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to info@kurogami.com or by letter addressed to the address: Calle Mercuri , nº16 (corner with Calle Zinc) attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document. 

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE 

We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a raffle of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION 

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law . The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
