The price of this service is € 44.95 for a 12-month subscription.

The cancellation, withdrawal or non-renewal of this service will result in not being able to enjoy its advantages, special conditions, promotions and offers. And the points accumulated with the Jump cannot be used.

You have 14 days to request the refund of the amount and the cancellation of the service as long as its promotions or special conditions have not been used, if so, it must go through a review by Kurogami. In case of accepting the cancellation, the accumulated points, achievements and promotions would be withdrawn from the contracting account.

We will notify you a few days before your annual subscription ends, so that you are aware of its renewal. It is not automatic.

Free shipping on all your orders, at the moment they are only enabled for the Peninsular territory . We are working to be able to offer it to the entire National territory, at the moment free shipping is not available for the Canary Islands and for the Balearic Islands only one free shipping per month per subscription is included .
