The series of figures Dynamic Classics by Bandai/Tamashii is dedicated to the characters that starred in some of the most classic series of Dynamic Productions. This is the production company that was responsible for adapting to the anime some of the most important works of the famous mangaka Go Nagai, including the legendary Mazinger Z series. To start this new collection of figures, Bandai/Tamashii brings us this impressive S. H. Figuarts figure of Devilman inspired by the 1973 movie Mazinger Z vs. Devilman. Devilman told us the story of a shy and good-hearted young man named Akira Fudo who ended up becoming a creature with demonic powers called Devilman. However, Devilman wasn't a villain but fought against the demons that tried to destroy humans.
This figure is made of high quality PVC and measures 17 centimeters high. It's a fully articulated figure that can be placed in a large number of different poses. Its appearance reproduces in detail the character of the decade of the seventies, including its characteristic bluish color. To achieve maximum customization, includes the following accessories: two different interchangeable heads, the two wings of the character (left and right), several additional hands, a piece to simulate the effect of his attack "Devil Cutter" and a support base with an articulated arm that ensures the best grip. Also included are two construction beams that constitute a small diorama and serve to recreate the famous pose of the character in the film: "sitting on the city while getting lost in the depths of his thoughts". This figure is an official license of Devilman and has been manufactured by Bandai/Tamashii.
