1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION

  The company Importaciones Kokuro SL with address at Calle Mercuri, 16 in San Vicente del Raspeig and identified with the number B42508317, organizes the raffle from now on, "YOUTUBE SHORTS GIVEAWAY figure of CHAINSAW MAN [Denji Noodle Stopper]" of national scope, to be developed via the Internet, exclusively for users residing in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of our followers.

2.-START DATE AND END DATE

The Promotion will start on March 7, 2023 and will end on March 13 at 11:59 p.m. on our Youtube Shorts profile.

The winner will be announced on the profile https://www.youtube.com/@Kurogami_team/shorts between March 14 and 15, 2023.

3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS

The participation requirements will be the following:

— Those who reside in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may participate.

— Only those users who are holders of a Youtube account may participate.

— Follow the @Kurogami_team accounts on YouTube.

— To participate in the Draw via Youtube Shorts you will have to follow us and leave a comment on the video of the Draw publication.

4.- CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES

  There will only be one winner, so all Youtube Shorts entries will be collected for a single draw. The winner will be communicated during the days after the end of the draw, through our YouTube profile of @Kurogami_Team.

The winner will take:

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

In the event that the winner does not contact claim their prize within 48 hours, they will automatically go to the next substitute, and so on.

Kurogami will only cover the shipping of the prize within Spanish territory.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES

If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS

Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting, discriminatory and/or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed.

Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and/or one's own image will not be allowed either.

We will not be responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.

Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the YouTube Conditions of Use.

7.-RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant with respect to the prize you get from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events that could prevent the promotion from taking place or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, with the purpose of managing the draw, as well as disseminating and publicize their results, and process the delivery of the prize. 9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to modify or extendr these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is carried out.

10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
