How to manage outstanding instalment payments

Managing outstanding instalments on a pre-order

To manage the payment of outstanding instalments for a pre-order, first go to the My Account – My Reservations section.

Once inside, you will be able to see all your active reservations. To access the details of a specific reservation, simply click on View order.

Within the order details, you will find a full breakdown of all instalments, including both paid and pending amounts. The first instalment will appear as paid, as it corresponds to the mandatory initial payment (15%) required to confirm the reservation.

If you wish to make an additional payment, simply select any pending instalment and click on Pay instalment. You will then be redirected to the selected payment gateway to complete the transaction securely.

Depending on the payment method chosen (card, PayPal or Bizum), you will be redirected to the corresponding official platform.

This system allows you to pay the remaining balance at your own pace while the product is on pre-order. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will notify you if there is any remaining amount pending to be paid.
