Shipping cost calculation

Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and depend on the destination, as well as the total weight and volume of the order.

You can check the exact shipping cost directly in your cart before completing your purchase. For certain destinations or special orders, shipping may require a manual quotation prior to payment.

Free shipping

Orders over €60 shipped to Mainland Spain qualify for free shipping.

Important: resin statues and figures are excluded from this promotion due to their size and weight.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the type of product (in stock, pre-order or made-to-order).

The delivery timeframe starts once the order has been prepared in our warehouse and collected by the courier. Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Courier companies do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Pre-order and made-to-order items

If your order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, shipment will take place once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be shipped, in accordance with our purchase conditions.

Resin statues and figures shipping

Due to their size and weight, resin statues and figures are subject to special shipping conditions.

Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight and destination, and may require a manual quotation before payment.

Shipping issues

Any issue related to delivery (damage, delays or irregularities) must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order.

After this period, the shipment will be considered accepted as delivered in good condition.

Spain – Mainland shipping

We work primarily with Correos for shipments within Mainland Spain.

• Estimated delivery time: 24–48 hours from dispatch.
• Standard shipping cost: €5.50.
• Free shipping on orders over €60.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla

Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla has a variable cost depending on the weight, size and destination of the order.

For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, shipments may be subject to customs procedures and charges, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

The handling and payment of any applicable customs charges is the customer’s responsibility.

International shipping

We offer international shipping both within and outside the European Union.

International shipping costs are manually quoted based on destination and parcel size. Once your order is received, we will email you with the shipping cost so you can approve it before completing payment.

Any customs duties, taxes or local charges are not included and must be paid by the customer.

About courier services

All delivery times provided are estimated. During peak periods (Christmas, special campaigns, sales), delays may occur due to courier workload and are beyond Kurogami’s control.

In case of any issue, we will keep you informed and manage any necessary claims with the courier company.

Delivery delays do not entitle customers to a refund of shipping costs, provided the order is delivered correctly.
