Among the twelve Golden Saints charged with protecting the goddess Athena, Aiolos was undoubtedly one of the bravest. When he discovered that the Pope of the Sanctuary had been corrupted and conspired to assassinate the new reincarnation of the goddess, a girl named Saori, Aiolos confronted him to rescue the baby. Pursued by his former companions, who had been deceived by his evil Pope, Aiolos gave his life to save Saori. The Japanese millionaire Mitsumasa Kido found the battered saint with the baby safe in his arms and he was commissioned to protect Saori and guard the golden armor of Sagittarius until someone who was worthy to claim it arrived. Thus died the most devoted of all the Golden Saints, but now his legend comes back to life in the most incredible way thanks to this statue made by the artists of Tsume.

This wonderful HQS statue of Aiolos is made of high quality polyresin (in addition to other materials such as PVC, ABS and metal). It's a 1/6 scale statue that measures 36 centimeters high. The statue is raised on a circular base in which we can see a plaque with the character's name. The base imitates the shape of the stone floor of the Sanctuary of Athena. The Golden Saint of Sagittarius appears wearing his golden armor, whose wings unfold behind him. The process of painting the statue has managed to reproduce the nuances of the metallic shine of the different pieces of the armor, from the headband to the boots. Aiolos wields his characteristic weapon, the arc of Sagittarius, ready to launch his golden arrow to end the darkness wherever it is. The HQS statue of Aiolos includes a numbered plate and a certificate of authenticity. This statue is an official and licensed product of Saint Seiya and it has been manufactured by Tsume.
