A story full of humor, action, and high school slice of life as surprising as it is fun. Juzo Ogami is a 40-year-old man working for the Z.O.O. assassin syndicate as one of their best hitmen. During a mission to eliminate criminals working for the genetic manipulation company Mitsuoka Pharmaceuticals, Ogami is stung by a wasp that modifies his DNA, causing his body to revert to when he was 12 years old. Unable to resume his work as a hitman due to his stature, the head of Z.O.O. assigns Ogami a new task while they work on an antidote: attend a high school to determine if it's safe for the boss's daughter. Ogami, who hasn't had formal education, loves high school and learning, but he must balance his time as a student and an assassin. He also has to deal with Noren Mitsuoka, the heiress of Mitsuoka Pharmaceuticals, who may hold the key to returning him to normal. In his new life, he won't have a second to get bored!
