The event will use a Commander - Swiss format, will be limited to 16 players and will apply two key deck-building restrictions: Bracket 3 with a maximum deck value of €100.

In this Budget Commander event, preparing your list will be almost as important as playing it. Every deck must remain within Bracket 3 and have a maximum value of €100, creating an environment where finding efficient cards, replacing expensive staples and making the most of your commander's synergies becomes part of the challenge.

The restriction encourages players to evaluate every slot differently. A less common card may become the perfect choice if it performs the required role at a fraction of the price, while deciding how much of the budget to allocate to the mana base, interaction or win conditions can make a significant difference. Each list will need to balance power, consistency and cost.

Participation material and tournament rewards

Registration includes material for every player taking part in the event. Each participant will receive 1 promotional card and 1 The Hobbit booster pack, regardless of their finishing position.

Players reaching the highest positions in the standings will also receive Booster Packs as additional rewards.

This format places the focus on one of the most interesting parts of restricted Commander deck building: discovering unexpected interactions, using undervalued cards and extracting as much performance as possible from a fixed budget.
