Features of the Articulated Figure

Ready to save the world without anyone seeing you coming? The Nendoroid 1691 Midoriya Izuku Deku Stealth Suit My Hero Academia The Movie World Heroes Mission is here to prove that even the most recognisable heroes occasionally need to keep a low profile. Inspired by the animated film My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission, this figure features Izuku Midoriya, better known as Deku, wearing the special stealth costume created for his cinematic adventure. His familiar green hero outfit temporarily makes way for a darker, more tactical appearance designed for missions that require a little more discretion. Although, to be fair, remaining unnoticed can be rather challenging when your signature fighting style involves launching attacks powerful enough to destroy buildings while loudly announcing their names. Subtlety has never been Deku's greatest superpower, but at least he looks ready for a covert operation.

Manufactured by Good Smile Company, this collectible belongs to the popular Nendoroid range, recognised for its articulated chibi-style figures, interchangeable expressions and accessories designed to recreate memorable moments from anime and video games. Made from PVC, it stands approximately 10 cm tall, making it an excellent addition to display cabinets, desks and shelves dedicated to your favourite characters. Its appearance faithfully recreates the Stealth Suit worn by Deku in the film, featuring a darker colour scheme with distinctive green details that preserve his visual identity while giving him a more tactical look. The design captures the atmosphere of his cinematic equipment within the compact proportions of the Nendoroid collection, maintaining the recognisable features that make Izuku Midoriya such a beloved aspiring professional hero.

One of the highlights of this articulated figure is its selection of three interchangeable face plates, featuring a smiling expression, a determined combat face and another cheerful expression with closed eyes. These options allow you to display both Midoriya's friendly and enthusiastic personality and his focused attitude when confronting dangerous opponents. The set also includes effect parts for recreating his One For All Quirk, the extraordinary power inherited from All Might that allows him to perform devastating attacks. Additionally, a "SMASH!!" text plate is included, perfect for accompanying his fighting poses and recreating those spectacular moments when his punches seem powerful enough to shake the entire battlefield. Combining the interchangeable expressions, articulated parts and special effects provides numerous possibilities for building dynamic scenes inspired by the action sequences of World Heroes' Mission.

This version of Izuku Midoriya is an excellent addition for My Hero Academia fans, Japanese figure collectors and anyone looking to assemble the special costumes worn by the protagonists during their international adventure. Its compact size makes it easy to display alongside Nendoroid Katsuki Bakugo: Stealth Suit Ver. and Nendoroid Shoto Todoroki: Stealth Suit Ver., sold separately, allowing you to recreate the young hero team preparing for a dangerous mission. It also makes a great gift for fans who admire Deku's determination, loyalty and remarkable development since his earliest days at U.A. High School. Owning this figure will not grant you One For All or allow you to perform a Detroit Smash whenever everyday problems become frustrating, but it will certainly add a heroic touch to your collection. And if you ever feel tempted to shout "SMASH!!" while struggling to open a particularly stubborn package, remember that your neighbours might appreciate a slightly quieter approach to heroism.
