I can't find the product page in my reservation orders. Why does this happen?

If you have ever accessed the MY ACCOUNT – MY RESERVATIONS section and tried to open your product page but were unable to view it, don’t worry! Your product has not disappeared, nor has it been taken away by mischievous goblins.

At Kurogami, we remove the product pages of all reserved items whose pre-order period has ended. This helps prevent other users from purchasing these products after the previously established deadline.
