The 35pt Magnetic Clear Case by Ultimate Guard is designed to protect those standout cards. This is not a soft penny sleeve. It is not a standard rigid toploader. It is a premium hard plastic magnetic holder built for display and preservation.

The 35pt specification refers to thickness. In card collecting, “pt” stands for point, a measurement of thickness in thousandths of an inch. A standard card is roughly 12pt, so 35pt is ideal for regular cards that are slightly thicker, such as premium foils or special finishes. It is commonly suitable for standard trading cards like Pokémon TCG, Magic, and similar formats in terms of thickness.

This case features UV protection, helping reduce the effects of light exposure on artwork and color. It also includes enhanced corners, designed to prevent the card’s edges from pressing directly against the case frame. This detail is especially important for collectors who aim to preserve Mint or Near Mint condition without corner stress.

The strong magnetic closure allows the case to open and close easily without screws or tools. It seals securely, offering protection against dust, bending, and handling damage.
