For premium parallels, special editions, or thicker-than-average cards, the 75pt Magnetic Clear Case by Ultimate Guard provides the appropriate level of protection and presentation. This is not designed for bulk storage; it is a rigid display holder for cards that deserve individual attention.

In card collecting, “pt” (point) measures thickness in thousandths of an inch. While a standard card is around 12pt thick, this holder is designed for standard-size trading cards up to 75pt thickness. That makes it suitable for noticeably thicker cards, ensuring they sit securely inside without compression or excessive internal movement.

The case features UV protection, helping reduce the effects of light exposure on colors and printed details over time. It also includes recessed corners, preventing the card’s edges from pressing directly against the frame. This is especially important for collectors aiming to preserve Mint or Near Mint condition by minimizing corner stress.

The strong magnetic closure allows the case to open and close easily without screws or tools. It seals firmly, offering protection against dust, handling, and minor impacts. The material is acid-free and highly transparent, ensuring clear visibility of artwork, foil effects, and text without distortion.

With outer dimensions of 73 x 8.3 x 110.5 mm, this holder is designed to accommodate one thicker standard card securely. Ideal for display, premium storage, or selling valuable singles, it combines rigid protection with a clean presentation. For optimal care, many collectors place the card in a thin inner sleeve before inserting it into the magnetic case.
