Kagome is a fifteen-year-old teenager who leads a completely normal life with her family in a temple near Tokyo. At least until one fine day falls into a magic well and travels back in time to feudal Japan. There he meets Inuyasha, a half demon with bad temper, with whom he is forced to form a team to recover the fragments of the powerful Sphere of the four spirits. Inuyasha wants it to become a complete demon, while Kagome just tries to prevent it from falling into worse hands. On their journey they will find all kinds of demons, some good, like the little fox demon Shippo and other evil ones, like Sesshoumaru, ready to take on Steel Fang, the invincible demonic sword that their father has bequeathed to his half brother Inuyasha.
