Akari belongs to the second team of the Annex I project, whose objective is to capture Terra Formars alive on the surface of Mars. These humanoid beings are evolved cockroaches with enormous strength and endurance. They are also the only hope for humanity to find a cure for the lethal A. E. Virus (Alien Engine Virus). The only way to compete against the Terra Formars is to inject their genetic material and transform themselves into insectoid beings like them! After losing a childhood friend, Akari decided to join the project and use his knowledge of martial arts to crush these terrible beings. Although for that he had to renounce his own humanity!

This fantastic Nendoroid is made of PVC and measures approximately 10 centimeters in height. It's a fully articulated figure that can be placed in a lot of different poses. Akari appears in the white uniform of the Annex I project and includes three alternative facial expressions: a standard serious expression, a furious expression and a threatening expression. Various optional add-ons are included, such as the injector that Akari uses to transform and the accessories to show its hybrid insectoid shape (which are placed on the character's head). It also includes the weapon used by Akari in fighting against insects, the Arachne Buster Mk. II, formed by a sphere attached to a metallic rod by a current of energy. Like all Nendoroid figures, it comes with its support base with articulated arm to facilitate its display.
