Features of the Playmat

Ready to fill your next trading card game with music, magic and that wonderful family spirit that makes even the most distracted player start humming a song from Coco? The Miguel Hyperia City Disney Lorcana TCG Playmat is here to transform your gaming table into a stage worthy of a concert in the Land of the Dead. Inspired by Disney Lorcana and Disney and Pixar's Coco, this accessory features an illustration of Miguel Rivera, the young protagonist who dreams of becoming a musician despite his family's strict rules against music. His passion for the guitar, determination and extraordinary adventure through the world of the dead have made him one of Pixar's most beloved characters. After all, challenging a family that has forbidden music for generations is already difficult enough, but accidentally ending up in the afterlife while trying to prove your talent takes teenage rebellion to a completely different level.

Manufactured by Ravensburger, this official accessory belongs to the Lorcana trading card game range and forms part of the Hyperia City expansion's product collection. It measures approximately 60.9 x 34.2 cm, providing a generous playing surface for organising cards, characters, locations, decks and other essential gameplay components. Its fabric upper surface allows cards to be moved and collected comfortably, while the non-slip rubber backing helps keep the playmat securely positioned on the table. This combination of materials creates a practical playing area and helps reduce direct contact between cards and potentially abrasive surfaces. Its flexible design also makes it easy to roll up for storage or transportation after each session, which is particularly useful for players who regularly attend tournaments, casual gatherings or trading card game events with friends.

One of the main attractions of this playmat is its Miguel Rivera - Promising Musician artwork, based on the illustration featured on the card of the same name and created by artist Juan Pablo Velásquez. The design depicts the protagonist of Coco playing his guitar in an atmosphere filled with music, movement and colour, bringing his distinctive personality into the world of Hyperia City. The illustration combines the expansion's lively urban setting with Miguel's passion for music, creating an attractive gaming surface that stands out both during matches and as part of a Disney card collection. After all, if you are going to spend several hours trying to collect the twenty lore needed for victory, you might as well do it alongside someone who knows exactly how to provide the soundtrack for an adventure. Just remember that singing throughout your opponent's turn might be entertaining, but it probably will not distract them from making a clever play.

Although primarily designed for Disney Lorcana TCG, this accessory can also be used with other collectible card games, including Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon TCG and One Piece Card Game, provided its dimensions suit your preferred playing layout. Its fabric surface and anti-slip backing also make it suitable for use as a desk mat or mouse mat, adding a decorative touch to gaming setups, study spaces and home offices. This product contains 1 individual playmat; trading cards, booster packs, sleeves and other accessories are not included. It makes an excellent gift for Coco fans, Disney collectors and players looking to protect their cards while personalising their gaming environment. Owning it will not guarantee the perfect draw, prevent your opponent from getting ahead in the race for lore or magically teach you to play the guitar like Miguel overnight, but it will certainly bring comfort, personality and plenty of musical charm to your games. And if you lose after making a particularly unfortunate decision, you can always claim that you were too busy remembering the lyrics to Remember Me to concentrate on your strategy.
