Payment methods available at Kurogami

To view the available payment methods on the Kurogami website, go to the “Shipping and Payment” section during the checkout process. Click on the dropdown arrow to see all available options.

Currently, Kurogami offers the following payment methods:

Bank transfer or direct deposit

This option is ideal if you do not have a bank card, online banking or PayPal. You can pay by bank transfer, direct deposit at a bank branch or via ATM.

Once the payment has been made, please send the proof of payment to info@kurogami.com, clearly indicating your order number.

If payment is not received within 72 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled to release stock. If you need more time, please contact us so we can avoid cancellation.

Credit or debit card

We accept major cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

This payment method has no additional fees. Payments are processed securely through Redsys using encrypted connections. Kurogami never has access to your card details and does not store them.

Bizum

Bizum is a fast and convenient payment method with no extra cost for the customer.

Please note that Bizum payments are processed similarly to a bank transfer, so they require manual verification and order status updates may not be immediate.

PayPal

PayPal is a secure and widely used payment method. All financial data is handled directly by PayPal.

This option includes a 3.5% management fee on the total order amount, with a minimum fee of €2.50.

PayPal – Pay in 3 instalments

PayPal allows you to split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments. The first payment is charged at checkout, and the remaining two are charged monthly.

This option includes the same 3.5% management fee (minimum €2.50).

Cash on delivery

We also offer cash on delivery, where the full order amount is paid directly to the courier upon delivery, before opening the package.

This payment method includes a 2.5% handling fee, with a minimum of €3.00 per order.

Cash on delivery orders are binding orders. If a package is rejected at delivery, this payment option will be disabled for the user.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before shipping and we will cancel it without any issue.

This payment method is not compatible with pre-order items and is only available for Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

Installment payments with Sequra

Kurogami offers installment payments through Sequra, available only for in-stock products. Pre-orders use a different internal payment system.

This option is available for purchases from €50 and allows payment in 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments. The first instalment is charged at the time of purchase.

Additional advantages include:

• Real-time instalment calculator during checkout.
• Single fee from €3, depending on the financed amount.
• Early repayment available with no additional future costs.

This payment method is not compatible with pre-order items.
