We continue the story of Basilisk with The Ouka Ninja Scrolls! Ten years have passed since the war between the Iga and Kouga ninja clans came to an end. The two groups eventually made peace and at first glance it seems that there is no longer any animosity between them. Hibiki Iga and Hachiro Kouga are now the successors of each clan and it seems that they will be the perfect match to keep the love flowing between the two clans, but not everyone is happy with the outcome of the mythical fight. Tadanaga Tokugawa is not too happy with what happened and the stories that are told about the final showdown. This will increase the tension between the clans and make coexistence difficult at a time when ninjas have less and less of a place in the world. Hachiro and Hibiki are master carpenters in their respective clans and it is said that the union of the two will activate an unknown power called cherry blossoms. Can their love blossom in a climate of such tension and violence?
