Shipping

Our website automatically calculates the shipping costs before finalizing the order, if you want to know how much your order is going to cost with shipping included, you just have to go to the shopping cart, and select the options you want, the website will calculate automatically shipping costs: D

 

· Correos Express (recommended service for Peninsula) RECOMMENDED

Delivery time 24 working hours. Once collected by the transport company.
 

All orders for products in stock placed before 1 pm on the current day (except weekends) will be shipped the same day. (Whenever possible) Although we will always try to fulfill your order as soon as possible, please understand that if your order has not been able to leave the same day, it is because we really have not been able to do so. We appreciate your understanding in advance ^ _ ^

Packages are usually delivered within 24 hours of shipment if it is a provincial capital or surroundings.

Any incident, such as delays in delivery, or irregularities in delivery or shipment, must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours after receipt of the same, otherwise it will be understood that the shipment has been accepted in accordance.

Correos Express will send you an SMS to your mobile with the tracking number and indicating if you want to make any changes to the delivery address at no additional cost. You can see at all times where your order is, with its tracking system.

· Correos Express (Balearic Islands ) from 3 to 7 days after shipment.

The price of shipping to the Balearic Islands depends on the weight of the package and place of destination, the price is indicative for an order that covers less than 5kg. If the shipping cost is more than that calculated automatically by the web, we will contact you to indicate the total cost of the shipment.  

 

· Pick up at the Warehouse / Physical Store.

This option allows you to collect your order in our warehouse in San Vicente del Raspeig or in our store in Alicante and pay for the order in cash on the spot. Our warehouse is at Calle Mercuri , 16 corner with Calle Zinc de San Vicente del Raspeig in Alicante Spain. It is an Industrial warehouse making chamfer. The Physical store is at Calle Serrano, 11 03003 in Alicante.  

 

Blue package mail (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Shipping method ONLY valid for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Delivery time: 3 to 8 working days.

All orders for products in stock placed before 1 pm on the current day (except weekends) will be shipped the same day.

Customs expenses that may arise from the shipment are not the responsibility of the company and are not included in the price of the shipment, they must be paid separately by the customer.

The company is not responsible for the delay of one or more days in the postal service.

The resin statues have a fixed shipping cost of € 18.

They will always be sent by transport agency Envialia or Correos Express for Spain Peninsula , if the shipment is to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, a shipping quote will be made. With tracking number. If you have a preference for any of the agencies, tell us in comments;) 
 

 

· Intra-community shipments.

Intracommunity shipping is only for European Union countries, you have to place your order regularly, add the items to the cart and finalize the order with the payment method you are going to use. Bank transfer, PayPal International, Western Union , Bank Card within the EU.

When you finalize the order, it is not paid yet. You have to wait for the shipping quote. This is calculated according to the weight and volume of the order.

As soon as we have the quotation, we indicate the cost of shipping and the cost of the total order to pay.

If you are satisfied, as soon as we receive the payment for the order, the order is processed where we try to meet all the deadlines for our products. 

We always give the option of several international shipments. So that you can decide which shipment is the one that best suits your needs.

We work with Correos España, for international shipments. They have a shipment of International Books, that if the package weighs less than 2kg and they are books, the shipment can cost less than € 20 but this option does not have a tracking number.

The rest of shipments are somewhat higher, depending on the weight and volume and if they have a tracking number. 

Once the order leaves our warehouse, it will be the customer who will be in charge of managing the due incidents with Customs in their country, and the tracking of the shipment. We are not responsible for problems that may arise with the Customs of the country receiving the order.
