Orders over €60 shipped by Correos Express are free in Spain (Peninsula), except for exceptions with additional costs due to weight and/or volume.

The delivery time for your order will vary based on the shipping option you choose and ifthe products are in Stock, on Pre-order, or Made-to-Order.
It starts once the order has been processed in our warehouse, and the transport company has picked it up to deliver it to the address you provided when placing your order.
The shipping preparation process in our warehouse takes place during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
If your order contains products on Pre-order or Made-to-Order, it will be processed once all the products have arrived at our warehouse, and you'll be notified by email as stated in our terms of purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that transport companies do not make deliveries on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) or holidays. If you need urgent delivery on a Saturday, contact us, and we'll try to arrange it with the transport agency if possible and provide you with all the details.
You can send your order to any address you want, and if it's a gift, don't forget that you have the option for gift wrapping with a greeting card. Moreover, you can tell us what you want us to write on your behalf to that special person you want to surprise.
Resin statues and figures, due to their large volume and weight, have a different shipping cost than other products.

If your order is to be shipped to a destination outside of: Spain - Iberian Peninsula or the Balearic Islands, before making the payment, we will provide a shipping quote for your order and send you an email indicating the shipping cost. If you agree, you can proceed with the payment, and we will process your order.

You can pick up your order at our Kurogami store, located at C/Serrano, 11 in Alicante.
If you choose this shipping method, you'll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at the store.
Usually, orders available for store pickup will be ready from the following Thursday afternoon, when the materials arrive at the store. But make sure you've received the email before going to collect it, as the day might vary due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Orders with shipping services to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, will be shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays (non-holiday days).

In all that has been said before, we inform you that the delivery dates are estimated.
This means that, as a user, you should be aware that there are periods during the year when transport companies may experience an overload of work and there may be delays with shipments, but always ensuring the delivery.
If a shipment takes longer than indicated, you must notify us by phone or email, so we can locate your order and provide you with information about the status of the shipment.
We advise you that when you need an order for a specific date (Christmas, a birthday...), you do it with sufficient advance notice.
If there is an incident or delay on the part of the transport agency, Kurogami will inform you at all times about the status of your order, and we will process the necessary incidents and/or claims with the transport agencies if necessary.
A longer delivery than expected does not require Kurogami to refund the shipping cost or compensate you, as long as the order reaches its destination, even if there has been a delay in the delivery by the transport company.
